Pinot Nero is ruby in colour with light garnet hues. Its seducing scent recalls forest fruits, plums, raspberries and cherries and it is characterised by a juicy and fruit. It is velvety soft and a fresh acidity on the palate is framed by fine-grained tannins and a slight hint of floral notes.

This Pinot Nero is a versatile partner for a number of cuisines and it is best paired with delicate prepared dishes to exalt its elegance. It is an ideal match for simply pasta dishes as well as for roast, pork, wildfowl or a luscious duck breast.
